The high-duty cleaving saw for the perfect production of lamellas for multi-layer parquet, three-layer boards and many other things. Tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm at saw blades with a saw kerf of 1.2 mm (depending on the working width) speak in favor of themselves! Spraying lines prolonging the service life take care of an additional yield of up to 20% and more. The Unimat manages to do this with feed speeds that are many times higher than the ones of other machines generally accepted in the market. The working cycle can be completely automated. As a possible option there are scoring saws to avoid splintering as well as special units for the safe outfeed of the last workpiece.
