Service Manager Assistant (m/f/d)

LuxScan Technologies is a world-wide leader in the design, development and installation of industrial scanners for automation in the timber industry. Our company, based in Luxemburg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German company, producing machines and systems for solid wood and panels production.

We are currently growing therefore; we are hiring a skilled and motivated Service Manager Assistant (m/f/d) to provide support for our Management team. In that position you will interact with our customers located in more than 35 countries around the world daily.

• Offer preparation and organization
• Support office management
• Contract management, invoicing and reporting
• Organization of internal and external events
• Assist the Service team with administrative duties
• Travel arrangement

• Degree: minimum 2 years of higher education
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position will be preferred
• Perfect organizational and prioritization skills
• Good communication skills, polite, reliable and flexible
• Ability to work as an autonomous employee, as well as in a team
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and German
• Any other language is considered as an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience with ERP system such as SAGE or SAP

• A permanent full-time contract
